I loved staying in a "central area" where everything was conveniently close! The staff was "willing" to help me all day long, which was great. Free WiFi, air conditioning, and even a dishwasher! Amazing!
Oh, and let's not forget about the "mind-blowing" view from my room. It was so terrible, I had trouble forcing myself to leave.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ca' Fenice 1921! The apartment was perfect for our family with two small kids. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the living room was a great space for us to relax and spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and having a fridge and coffee machine was so convenient. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic. We also appreciated that the apartment came with bed linen and towels, making our stay even more convenient. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV – a great addition for entertainment during our downtime.
The only thing we didn't love was the lack of a washing machine. But that's just our personal preference, and we understand that others might not mind at all.

This apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, with Teatro La Fenice right at our doorstep. We had a jaw-dropping view of the plaza from our windows. The surrounding streets were posh and there were several boat stops nearby. The decoration of the apartment was tasteful and modern. It was equipped with everything we needed, except a toaster. The isolating windows were excellent in keeping out any noise. The AC was a lifesaver in the hot Venice sun. The host was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was a short walk to all the main attractions, yet it offered a peaceful retreat. The laundry machine worked like a charm. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I had such a great stay at Ca' Fenice 1921 in Venice! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location, nestled between the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. I loved being right next to La Fenice theatre as well. The host was always available and extremely helpful, ensuring that any issue I had was promptly resolved.
While there were a couple flights of stairs to the apartment, this wasn't a problem for me. However, it's worth noting for anyone with mobility challenges.

Perfect location, felt like a star with a view of the theater and a short walk to the square. Helpful staff. Great amenities except for the lack of a toaster.
Spent 40 minutes waiting outside because the owner was too busy chatting on the answering machine. Classic.

The apartment was in a beautiful location, close to popular attractions like San Marco and Ponte di Rialto. The view from the living room and master bedroom was stunning. The apartment was also well-equipped and stylish. The host was friendly and provided helpful advice, making our stay enjoyable.
There were a couple of flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which may be difficult for those with mobility challenges. The mattress in the master bedroom was split, causing discomfort for the person on the right side.
